GRE (Graduate Record Examinations)

The GRE General Test or the Graduate Record Examination is a widely accepted assessment program for graduate admissions across the world. There are over 1,000 test centres across 160 countries. The scores are accepted over thousands of graduate programs across the globe, for Master’s and doctoral degrees.


There is no specific eligibility of age or qualification for GRE. The student needs to have a valid passport to attempt the exam.


The GRE exam consists of 3 modules:

  • Analytical Writing
  • Verbal Reasoning
  • Quantitative Reasoning

The GRE exam lasts for 3 hours 45 minutes. The pattern and time duration are different for paper based & computer based tests.
